Individual Psychotherapy

The one who looks outside dreams, the one who looks inside awakens.

– Carl G. Jung

I am a UKCP-registered integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can bring your whole self — your questions, struggles, stories, and longings.

You may have arrived at a threshold: a relationship ending, a transition unfolding, a sense of heaviness or restlessness that doesn’t yet have words. Perhaps life feels too small for who you are becoming, or you sense old patterns repeating themselves, asking to be understood rather than endured.

Sometimes it is simply a quiet knowing that something needs to change.

Whatever brings you here, therapy offers a place to slow down, listen inwardly, and be met with authentic presence.Together we can explore what lies beneath the surface — the roots of your feelings, the stories that shaped you — and open space for new possibilities, clarity and choice.

My aim is to support you in reconnecting with your own wisdom and agency, so you can move towards a life that feels more aligned, alive and true.

My Approach

I trained extensively in Jungian, developmental and relational approaches to psychotherapy, and I integrate talking therapy with creative, imaginative and body-based methods. My practice is also deeply informed by Buddhist psychology and contemplative awareness.

At the heart of my work is relationship — the healing potential that emerges when two people meet with authenticity, curiosity and presence. Much of what we carry was shaped in relationship, and it is often through relationship that it can be understood, softened, and transformed.

My approach weaves together:

Transpersonal – opening to meaning, mystery and the wider lens of soul, working at depth with what is calling for attention or change

Relational & Developmental – exploring how early experiences and attachment patterns shape our lives, and working in the present moment with what arises in the therapeutic relationship

Jungian – supporting the unfolding process of individuation, working with archetypes, shadow, and the not-yet-known parts of the Self

Creative & Embodied – drawing on imagination, symbol, movement, dreams and dramatherapy when language alone is not enough

    How Can Therapy Help?

In my experience, the therapeutic journey can illuminate the patterns we stumble into again and again — the places where we feel small, tangled or stuck. As we bring awareness to these old pathways, something begins to shift. We come into deeper relationship with ourselves, grow our resilience, and reconnect with inner resources that may have gone quiet but were never lost.

Therapy can become a transformative space — a place to remember who we are beneath adaptation and habit, to rediscover our authentic, creative, and free self. This process of unfolding and becoming is something I hold with deep respect and passion in every person I work with.

It is, in many ways, a journey of returning home to ourselves.

I welcome clients across cultures, ages and identities, including those whose first language is not English and people living far from their place of origin. My experience includes both short- and long-term work, depending on what the soul is calling for.
